Couples Counselling

Relationship counselling, also known as marriage or couples counselling, is available for any couple in an emotionally committed relationship. It can be beneficial by reducing conflict, developing understanding and respect for one another, and increasing affection and closeness. It not only assists you to grow as a couple but also as an individual, without surrendering your own true needs and desires.  As a neutral party in a safe and confidential environment I assist couples to navigate their way through difficulties as they discover the clarity necessary to move forward in a positive and fulfilling way. 

I predominantly work out of an EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) framework, the most well researched and effective couples therapy framework in the world. By breaking repetitive conversations of disconnection, new functional and healthy patterns are created allowing couples bonds to strengthen and grow.
